+ 1 on this. Other form tools use this input type and I think it gives a more polished look paired with matching icons like thumbs up/down or check mark/cross or something similar.
Also a Yes/No option would probably make more sense inline instead of having one on top of each other

Hi Gasim Abud, you can use the Multiple choice question for this. Option 1 can be "Yes", and Option 2 can be "No".
