Type-enabled signature block for quotes/signed documents

I've found the signature block extremely helpful, but think it could be improved with two additions: Text Input for Signature: Currently, the signature block allows for drawn signatures. Adding the ability to type out a signature would make the tool more accessible and versatile for users. "Signed" Time Stamp: A "signed" stamp, tagged with timestamp and IP address, provides an increased level of legitimacy and verification. This could serve as a critical addition for documents requiring a stronger level of authentication.
