Toggle on/off conditional logic

It would be helpful if conditional logic blocks were able to be toggled on/off. There are some forms we use for things (eg fundraising, order forms, etc) and over time we sell out of certain items. It would be helpful to be able to toggle on a conditional logic block to hide certain products or delivery options after they've sold out or the delivery date has passed.
