Sunny Gurjar and farmer story of a gaye thank you bhaiya screenshot bhej do yaar please 🥺 hai
yes! Great idea! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 please do it!
Thanks so much for the feature request! A countdown timer would be a great addition — really appreciate you sharing this. 🙏
Hey Chandra! Right now, you can restrict access to a form based on dates, but not by specific times like minutes or seconds. You’d need to close it manually for now — but we really appreciate the suggestion! 🙏
Even just logging when the visitor first accesses the form or clicks the first button and then passing that data through integrations or webhooks would be incredibly useful. This would allow for manual approximation of total time taken complete the form.
Hey Tally - any chance this is on the horizon yet???
Sarah Tumbers: Thanks for checking in! This is not yet planned at the moment. We’re currently focusing our development efforts on Tally AI and continued improvements to the Tally API. That said, we really appreciate you surfacing this and we’ll make sure your interest is noted. Let us know if there’s anything else you’d like to share or suggest!
I agree, it would be great, but this has been requested a bunch of times already.
Big thanks for the request! A section-triggered timer would be a super valuable addition, especially for educational and assessment use cases. We’re always listening, and it means a lot that you took the time to share this with us. 🙏
Thanks for the suggestion — a rest timer sounds like a great addition for a workout log! We’ll keep it in mind.
Thanks for the idea — Really appreciate you sharing this use case 🙌
I would be interested in a similar metric: Per Page Time.
I came to upvote the timer feature. Everyone has said well.
I would also love to be able to utilise this for our organisation, however with two additions to the suggestions here: 1. The ability to hide the timer so users don't see it 2. BONUS POINTS if we can set WHEN we want the timer to start i.e. when the user gets to a certain page An example of when this is needed is during our recruitment process – the first page of the form gathers personal details, and the second page has a timed screening exercise. We would also LOVE to stop paying Jotform, as all of our other forms have already been moved over to Tally! Fingers crossed :)
This would be amazing! We still use Jotform for one form still that we need timed and it's an absolute waste of money - would love to be able to finally move that over to Tally 😍
This would be great addition! I really need a timer for a test I made
Yes this would be nice + also a way to have the timer show up on left / right bottom of the page - and constantly going.
up! can we implement this one? I also need timer for my Exam. Like they only need to finish the exam for a span of 5 minutes.
This is the code: "data:text/html,¶ <!DOCTYPE html>¶ <html>¶ <head>¶ <meta name=\"viewport\" content=\"width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0\"/> <title>timer</title>¶ </head>¶ <body style=\"background-color: rgb(98,123,137);\">¶ ¶ <center>¶ <table style=\"font-size:45px;color:white;font-family:Arial;font-weight:bold;border:0px solid black;text-align:left;\">¶ ¶ <tr>¶ <td id=\"min\"><center>00</center></td>¶ <td><center>:</center></td>¶ <td id=\"sec\"><center>00</center></td>¶ </tr>¶ ¶ </table>¶ ¶ </center>¶ ¶ <script type=\"text/javascript\">¶ // Unix time in milliseconds = 1687919730803¶ // TimerMinuteSet = 0.25¶ var total = "& Fluencia_verbal::SetUnixTimeMillisecond &" + (60000 * "& Fluencia_verbal::TimerMinuteSet &"); ¶ function count()¶ {¶ var now = new Date();¶ var currentTime = new Date().getTime();¶ ¶ var diff = total - currentTime;¶ var s = Math.floor(diff/1000);¶ var m = Math.floor(s/60);¶ ¶ m=m%60;¶ s=s%60;¶ ¶ if(m<1 && s<1){¶ document.getElementById(\"min\").innerHTML= \"00\";¶ document.getElementById(\"sec\").innerHTML= \"00\";¶ }¶ else{¶ m=(m<10)?\"0\"+m:m;¶ s=(s<10)?\"0\"+s:s;¶ document.getElementById(\"min\").innerHTML= m;¶ document.getElementById(\"sec\").innerHTML= s;¶ setTimeout(count,1000);}¶ }¶ count();¶ </script>¶ </body>¶ </html>"
Some questions need to be timed to a countdown of 15 seconds.
