+1 for HIPPA and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

Along with the above compliance, a customer has a desire for; Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) under HIPAA.

My company would be so excited if Tally were to offer HIPAA compliance as well. We really like your platform and it would be a huge plus!

My company is looking for a form building solution. I would've loved to bring Tally to the table because I've used it in the past but as of now we're highly considering going with Typeform because of HIPAA. Just to give some context on value: we're ready to sign a +6 figures/year deal with Typeform. If you offered HIPAA compliance at even half the price Tally would be a no brainer for US-based healthcare startups.

This is something I need as well, specifically HIPAA. For now we've had to go with JotForm which is definitely a less enjoyable developer experience than Tally. Will come back to Tally in the future if a plan can support more security measures!
