Signatures Viewable - Time audit log per form

When a survey/form is completed an auto email is sent to the publisher of form. The email contains the form and the signature can only be viewed as a link. This would be perfect if the actual Signature is shown in the email as a picture. A time audit log from when the form/survey started, signed and ended would be awesome! .
