Self/Respondent Email Notifications with Conditional Logic - Allow email to display or hide fields/pages based on criteria selected

When a form is filled out and one of the choices (like a service) is selected, I'd like the staff response email to only send the answers on the pages related to that selection, instead of all default fields and calculated fields for all data. Formatting could also help, if the displayed details in the email appear with the page breaks and titles like they do on the summary page.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! At the moment, Tally doesn’t support sending multiple different respondent email notifications. However, you can achieve something similar using dynamic content within a single email. For example, you can create a calculated text field in your form, assign it different values based on the user’s answer using conditional logic, and then include that field in your email using @ piping. This way, part of the email stays static while another part changes dynamically depending on the response. You can learn more about setting this up here: https://tally.so/help/conditional-form-logic We understand this is a workaround, and we really appreciate your feedback on this. If you’d like help setting this up, feel free to reach out via tally.so/support — we’re happy to help.

Similar, I want to send emails based on form responses (or hidden/showing fields) rather than a blanket email.
