Remove "Delete" icon on hover

Currently the delete button is active by default on hover. This is risky as it results in deleting questions without any warning. My suggestion is to remove the delete option on hover. Let the option to delete a question be available in the full menus.

Hi Atul, Thanks so much for your suggestion — we really appreciate you taking the time to share it! Just to reassure you, if something is deleted accidentally in your form, you can easily recover it: You can use Undo (Ctrl/Cmd + Z) right away Or access the Version History (clock icon in the top right of the editor), where you can restore any previous version of your form This means you’ll always be able to recover content even if it’s removed by mistake. Thanks again for the feedback — it’s valuable for us as we continue improving the editor experience.

Thank you for the feedback. I understand that ‘undo’ and version history can restore deleted content, but they are only effective if the user notices the deletion. With multiple forms containing 50+ questions, tracking accidental deletions is challenging. A more reliable solution is to implement a failsafe that prevents content deletion altogether.
