Hey thanks for following up. Not exactly- what I am referring to is the aesthetics of how the form looks on the receiving end. When detaching the PDF in the email and simply having the answers, it is visually difficult to look at. We would like to customize the output to be the same as it looks when someone is first looking at the form. Currently, when submitted, we get a list of their answers, instead of the nicely formatted form we have created. The PDF maintains that format; however, we would like to not have to open the PDF when viewing these form submissions due to our form being a job application & we receive hundreds a month. Thanks!
Hi Tatum, Thanks for submitting this request. I noticed you mentioned this; "We would like to be able to edit the format of what the output of the form submission looks like when sent back to our inbox." Does this mean you'd like to customize the Self email notifications feature? As you can do that right now - in that you can @mention the output of the fields within the email body the way you'd like, before it hits your inbox: https://tally.so/help/self-email-notifications#3074bd2c903e4… Feel free to clarify further on this request.
