Randomize options from a list (quiz or personality test)

I'm just gonna describe a feature that I think would be neat. I have a list of items: apple, banana, cucumber, durian, edamame, grape, kale, lemon, melon, pear, rambutan. Question: What is this? (Picture of a lemon) Answers options: Three random list items + correct answer (rambutan, lemon, banana, melon) Either the list would be created in-app or imported as .csv file(?)
