Hey Zaw! We do have some scoring-style input blocks you might find useful: Rating: Type /rating to add a visual star rating. Linear scale: Type /linear to collect numeric answers (great for satisfaction or NPS scores). You can customize both in the block settings. Filip Minev Being able to enter the points directly for each option will be a better user experience for most use cases because it will be faster to enter the points, see points associated with each value and avoids the more powerful conditional logic workflow that can then be used for more advanced scenarios.
