Question counter

Apart from the progress bar, I would like to have a question counter so questions can be preceded or ended with the current questions vs total number of questions:Question 1 of 3: How are you today?1/3 — How are you today?How are you today? (Q1 of 3)...Kind regards,Steven Lecluyse
