Picture Options block

Can we have a more smaller image on adding image in "Multiple choice" Currently they're so awkwardly Large. And it would be so much better if they're just a separate block called "Picture Options" And would be like how it looks in [Typeform](https://arc.net/l/quote/ckphzpff) or [Fillout](https://arc.net/l/quote/vtrhftew) Check the screenshot attached on how it looks like on Tally vs Fillout. Let us have options in it like - Text alignment (Left, Right, Center, Top or Bottom) - Add Caption or multi-line Description. To explain the image or add detailed options (like Pricing or descriptions)
