A customer had a request for their name to be included on their payment receipt - so they can use it to claim / prove the purchase.

Thanks for sharing this — happy to clarify how receipts work in this case.
First, could you confirm whether you’re using Tally’s native Stripe integration to process payments?
If you are using the native integration:
Stripe automatically sends a payment receipt to the payer.
That receipt includes basic information only, such as the amount paid and the payer’s email address.

At the moment, adding custom fields (like the customer’s name from the form) to the Stripe receipt isn’t supported natively.
If the payment is not processed through Tally ,for example, if the form is filled out in Tally but the payment happens via an external link or another platform:
In that case, issuing the receipt (and deciding what information it includes) would generally be your responsibility, depending on the payment tool you’re using.
