Optional N/A + Matrix with longer statements

First of all — huge thanks to the team for building Tally. It’s genuinely such a great tool and we’ve really enjoyed using it. I had two small pieces of feedback from using the form builder:1. Optional “N/A” for linear scale / rating questionsRight now, linear scales (0–5, 0–10, etc.) are very flexible, which is great. But in many real-world cases, some users may not have tried a feature yet or might feel a question doesn’t apply to them.It would be amazing if we could toggle on an “N/A” option for linear scale and rating questions. That would help avoid forced answers and improve response quality, especially for product research scenarios.2. Matrix rating with longer statementsWe do have matrix questions already, which is great. But when the row/column text gets a bit long (e.g., listing several detailed statements and asking for agreement levels), the layout can start to look a bit awkward or cramped.A common use case:-Several slightly longer statements-Rate level of agreement (1–5 scale)-Ideally with an “N/A” optionIt would be great if the matrix question is more layout-adaptive for longer text, or there is better formatting controls (e.g.,wrapping, spacing, responsive stacking).Overall, really appreciate the work you’ve done:)

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback. 🙌 Both suggestions are really interesting, and we truly appreciate you pointing them out — the “N/A” option for scales and the improvements for matrix questions with longer text are very thoughtful ideas. Thanks again for helping us make Tally better!
