option to backup tally forms with a single export

Been putting so many hours into creating Tally forms and integrating them with Notion databases... I'm concerned about data loss and wondering how to backup my Tally forms.. would love the option to export forms as a pdf as other users have mentioned, as one way to "backup" the forms. However, would also love a more sophisticated backup option, that would allow me to save the forms onto a hard drive and then reupload forms & their integrations into Tally if my account should get hacked or the servers crash or some other horrific accident happens that causes data loss.
