Native Integration or Webhook Support for Privyr CRM

Hi Tally Team,I am a big fan of Tally's clean form builder and currently use it to capture new business leads. However, my team relies on Privyr (a mobile-first CRM) to immediately contact and manage our leads via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.Right now, getting leads from Tally into Privyr requires using third-party connectors like Zapier or Make, which adds extra costs and technical complexity to our workflow. My Suggestion: It would be incredibly valuable if Tally could introduce a native integration or a dedicated webhook action specifically for Privyr. Ideally, it would work seamlessly within the "Integrations" tab—allowing us to simply paste a Privyr Webhook URL or API key so that every time a Tally form is submitted, the lead details (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) instantly populate in our Privyr account.Because Privyr is highly popular among small businesses and sales teams who need to respond to web leads instantly, a direct connection would make Tally a much stronger choice for lead generation.Thank you for considering this request and for continually improving the platform!

Thanks for using Tally and for sharing your feature request, Kamal! We really appreciate you taking the time. ✌️ Also, if a developer is available, you can try using our Webhooks (https://tally.so/help/webhooks), as you said you'd want to achieve this: "every time a Tally form is submitted, the lead details (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) instantly populate in our Privyr account" That is also possible via our API (webhooks, however, is faster): https://developers.tally.so/api-reference/introduction We appreciate your patience as we get to building a native integration in the future.

Hi Thank you i tried using the webhooks but it failed the reason was as below, i belive The webhook endpoint returned an error (HTTP 400). Check that it's configured to accept Tally's requests and returns a success response. and below was response from the privry technical team Upon their investigation, they found that, as our generic webhook requires a specific format, we will need to support the specific use case of Tally Forms. We will update you once this feature is avilable.
