Move page content when you move a page's position

This seems completely weird that it isn't like that, but when I move a page from place the only thing that moves is the bar that says "page X". I understand then that what I should be doing instead is selecting everything in that page and then moving, but given that the option to move a page of place exists, it would make 100% more sense to move the page with its content.
