Hi Robbie! Sorry for the trouble. We checked the link, and it looks like there may be a small typo in it. The link https://tally.so/r/1AoYXI (ending in a capital “I”) doesn’t exist, which is why you and your client see the “page not found” message. With a lowercase “l” at the end, https://tally.so/r/1AoYXl, the form opens fine. The two letters look almost identical, so it’s an easy mix-up. Could you check whether the link you shared has an “l” or an “I”? The safest way to get the correct link is to open your form in your account, go to the Share tab, and copy it from there. If you still can’t find the form, write to us at https://tally.so/support with your account email, and we’ll look into it ✌️
Thank you for your reply. It seems to work with the other link you suggested, though I don't see the difference really. Shall check it out regularly!
Hi Robbie, glad it works now! The difference is just one character at the end of the link: the broken link ends with a capital “I” (as in “Italy”), and the working one ends with a lowercase “l” (as in “lemon”). In many fonts they look exactly the same, which is why it’s so hard to spot. To avoid it in the future, the safest option is to always copy the link from the Share tab of your form instead of typing it. ✌️
Client told t' oops this page does not exist. When I tried I got the dsame message, but not yesterrday. Please help.
