Load embedded forms immediately

Right now embedded forms load based on the viewport (if the embed is visible or within 500px of the viewport, it will get loaded)...it would be ideal to be able to choose between auto-load (the current option) OR to be able to set the numbers of seconds before loading on page...so we can make sure embedded form opens fast.
