Linked Forms

Allow multiple forms to be linked together. E.g. One form takes your name, email & number then redirects you to a sales page. Then the other form continues and collects more details about you! So the 2 separate forms will be linked to one!

Hi Client Flo, in theory, I believe you can achieve the same result by using the Redirect on Completion feature which links to Form 2. Read more about it here: https://tally.so/help/redirect-on-completion

Filip Minev Is there a way for me to merge the two forms so the responses from both show up linked (in the same row) on the same sheet / database? At the moment the 2 forms are integrated to 2 seperate notion databases!

Client Flo you can use the Submission ID of the first form and pass it as a URL parameter to the second form (via the redirect on completion and hidden field to capture the value in the second form). Then you can use that value to merge the answers from the two forms.
