definitely, this would be a great feature. could be done by providing a 'parse latex math' checkbox for the form as a whole, and then entering $...$ blocks as part of question/answer text, then it's just a rendering issue. also https://www.mathjax.org/. (you would also then need a 'escape' for typing dollar signs, eg \$)
Here's another (more powerful) workaround: you can use codecogs to generate an embeddable SVG as a 'block': 1. use the editor to enter and check your equation: https://latex.codecogs.com/editor.html for example h_1 = \int_{T_1}^{T_2} c_p \left(T \right) dT 2. URL-encode your equation here: https://www.urlencoder.org/ for example: h_1%20%3D%20%5Cint_%7BT_1%7D%5E%7BT_2%7D%20c_p%20%5Cleft%28T%20%5Cright%29%20dT 3. create a SVG-rendering URL by combining: https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?EQUATION where EQUATION is the URL-encoded bit from above 4. in Tally, create an 'embed anything' block, and paste the above URL
Yes!!! I want to use this for educational purpose, but can't
YES
yes ! I would love it. Like on Notion.
I agree on this very much, I was looking to create quizzes that allow me to insert properly math equations without using the image of the questions. Additionaly i would like it to be not only a block but could be an inline equation as well. I found the $$ equation $$ syntax for block and $equation$ for inline to be the most intuitive
