That means the bot will not respond to ANY commands, send form responses to Discord, etc The bot will not work until it is back online. I don't know the specifics of your bot, but the bot must always be online, whether hosted online or locally. Hopefully you understand; feel free to ask me anything else :D
Hi again CJ, The bot will always appear offline, by design. But it should still post to the channels you configured it to post in. Can you reconnect the bot using the guidance of this article (https://tally.so/help/discord-integration#3b98a570dd6a80a097…)? Feel free to get back to us via the support form with a screen recording, of what's happening on your end (via the URL previously shared).
Oh, that stumps me. I didn't know a bot could be offline yet still work. I have tried a few times to reconnect it, it just does not seem to post in the server. I'll send you the integration configuration, if you would like I'll try to go get a screen recording :)
Indeed, it's the same for user accounts too. Looking forward to that recording via our support form 🙏 Also, ensure the bot has sufficient permissions that is mentioned in the article, as well. Looking forward to reviewing your ticket.

You can send the video through here (and affected form URLs, that is currently giving issues); https://tally.so/support There's no video support via this board as yet indeed. Try the same troubleshooting as you did in the first form submission, that was successful. Feel free to share the event logs of that one as well, so we can see Status and investigate, as needed.
