Give the ability to disable autofocus on short answer fields

This is important on mobile. An example: if I have a form step with a block of text and THEN a short answer field, the autofocus brings the user's screen (and attention) directly to the form field. They'll miss important context provided by the text block. Allowing the ability to disable autofocus would fix this issue. Thanks :)
