Generate view-only link to form submission in dashboard

I would like the ability to generate a link to each form’s submission in view-only format. This would be useful if the submitter wanted to see their responses at a later time. Also, it would allow for easy storage in a CRM linking directly to that customer’s form submission (like for contracts or intake forms).
