Form name is not updated

I created a form. It had name 1. I've updated it to name 2. But it still shows up as name 1 about 4 hours later, when people use the form. Any way to force the new name refresh?

Hi Sorin, There are actually two different form names in Tally 🙂 one is the internal form name that only you see in your dashboard and the other is the title that respondents see when opening the form If you want to change the name you see in the dashboard list: click the three dots next to the form then click “Rename” That only changes the internal dashboard name. If you want to change the title respondents see: open the form click “Edit” change the form title inside the editor then click “Publish” in the top-right corner After refreshing the page, users should see the updated title. If the change still does not save, the most common reason is having Tally open in multiple browser tabs/windows at the same time, where another tab may still be saving an older version. In that case: close all Tally tabs/windows reopen the form change the title inside the editor (not from the dashboard) and publish again If you still have difficulties afterward, feel free to contact support here: https://tally.so/support
