Fold/unfold shortcut is Ctrl+[ or ] instead of tooltip Ctrl+Shift+[ or ] on US keyboard

Hovering the fold/unfold question choices button shows a tooltip to the corresponding keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+[ or ], but on my US keyboard it's just Ctrl + [ or ], maybe due to the fact that [ and ] are in the lower parts of the keys.
