Expanding the webhook API

I would love the ability to subscribe to more things in the webhook API beyond form submission. Things like knowing when a form was created/deleted, or knowing when a form's fields were changed would be great. Otherwise, i have to rely on polling which is neither ideal from a usage nor a latency standpoint
