We came from Typeform, and this is the only killer feature we miss from them. It would be advantageous, especially when your survey consists of a single question. We notice a drop around 20% having the form directly embedded instead of having a CTA that bring you on the survey page.
I was also looking into this possibility. I recently noticed a review survey by a brand sent through yotpo.com that included a simple embedded HTML `<form method="get">` form which looked really interesting to our use-case. It featured a radio-button rating, a textarea and a text field. But I imagine you can't include a Tally form as a HTML form without losing Tally features (which is fine for us) I would be willing to work around this: 1. create my own endpoint to receive the query parameters sent by the form 2. use the upcoming Developer API to create a response on behalf of the respondent, if such an endpoint would be supported.
That would be incredible…
