Email notification form as PDF attachment

I do not want to give staff access to this account to access submissions so it would be great to have a PDF version of the completed form attached to the email to save for record keeping.

Get a clean PDF copy of every submission delivered straight to your inbox. Just toggle on the new attachment option in your email notification settings. It works for both self and respondent emails. 👉 https://tally.so/help/create-a-pdf-from-form-responses

I think this is a recent feature so this probably can be closed

Yeah what a waste of time and 2 months subscription, can anyone recommend a service that does forms and pdf contracts?

Creating and sending automated PDFs from form responses just got easier (and free)! We're excited to share a new automated workflow guide from our friends at Synergetic, written by Certified Make Expert Richard Ahrend. This step-by-step walkthrough details how to: 🔗 Auto-populate a Google Doc with your Tally form submission data 📄 Generate a PDF from that Google Doc 📬 Email the PDF to your respondent This free, no-code solution uses Make, Google Docs, and Gmail to auto-generate and email documents like contracts, receipts, and more to respondents. Jonathan Hey Jonathan, this is a work around solution at best. We have optional fields (quite a few) and with this set up the optional fields show every time (the placeholder will, the data will just show empty). Every other form platform I've ever worked with (Jot, Cognito, TypeForm, etc.) has a pdf export of their forms that can be emailed post submission. I strongly encourage you all to figure this out because we are likely to move platforms in the next month if this is not resolved (and I'm sure we are not the only ones). I like the customization and look of Tally, but this is a basic feature I never even thought to look out for because I assumed every form platform offered this.

support different file formats. pdf, csv, excel, etc would be helpful.
