Yes please. We need this feature. Google Form does not offer this but with workaround, its still possible to edit it multiple times :(

Yep, also here for this change request. Editing submissions.

It would be really useful to be able to track forms, enable updates so both side can see. This would cut out any back and forth (e.g. with a briefing document) or need to additional forms, so they become trackable, updatable. would be a massive addition to the usability of this.
