You're right that the Time input only covers hours and minutes (it's a 24-hour time picker), and there's no dedicated Duration field with seconds today. It's a great idea though — I've noted it down and we'll keep it in mind as we decide what to build next.
If you need to capture seconds in the meantime, a quick workaround is using separate Number fields (hours / minutes / seconds), or a short text field with a set format. Not as clean as a native option, but it does the job for now.
