I can download all files from all responses, but cant download all files from a individual submission.

If you'd want the ability to select the submissions for which files you'd want to download (instead of all), let us know via this comment section.

Thank you! Sorry we are aware that we can download photos for all submissions, but would like to do it per submission. When we have clients upload inspo photos, we do not want to download photos for all of our submissions across all jobs. Does that make sense? This feature seemed a little different for use case/with the photos question from the link you provided but feel free to merge or disable this request if you feel this is similar enough :) Our current work around is to delete every submission, once we save the clients photo uploads and responses in dropbox, but don't love the idea of deleting from the original source. Thought it was worth a request. :)

Hi Jennifer, That's a clever workaround you've thought of and indeed, I agree with you in keeping the data from the original source (or atleast the option to). This would be a massive feature, useful for submissions with a larger number of uploads that need to be managed as they arrive.

Hi Colin Czerwinski, it's not exactly download all, but on the Submissions tab, there is a "Download ## file uploads" button that can download all images on that specific page. Hope this helps.

Filip Minev ah, okay yes I have known about that. So it would be great to have a feature in the future where we can download all images for each individual submission. It would be much easier and very simple to do. Thank you.
Being able to select one or multiple submissions and download only the files attached to those submissions would be very helpful. With hundreds of submissions, downloading all files just to find the ones from a specific submission is quite cumbersome.
