Custom Make / Zapier forms
I would like to generate quizz in Make / Zapier scenarios to create dynamically forms.
Use case :
- you have a learning point with a quizz => this quizz need to be created with questions relative to dynamic content => actually you can't create forms with Tally like that.
That's would help me and a lot of educationals designers.
So with that, in Make, it will be possible to create forms with this features and custom choices like we have in the UI of Tally, but in a module.

I would also like to use a Zapier connection: "Make personalised form" as an action in Zapier using the contact information from a trigger app. For example; if database page is created in Notion -> create new custom tally submission using properties "first name", "last name", email from the Notion page.
