Conditional logic: add "OTHERWISE" (IF NOT) to logic

The conditional logic functionality allows us to create quite complex rules, with the resulting outcome being defined on the "THEN" ("IF TRUE") line. However it would be extremely helpful being able to add an optional "OTHERWISE" ("IF FALSE") line. This avoids you having to duplicate the entire conditional logic block for this, changing arguments from "Contains" to "Doesn't contain", "Equal to" to "Not equals to" etc. This is time-intensive, error-prone, and also ends up taking a lot of unnecessary screen real estate in the builder.
