PROPOSAL: Rule-Based Outcome Routing for Surveys GOAL After submission, automatically send each respondent to the right outcome (ending page, external URL, or another form) based on their answers or score. No code, no manual step. HOW IT WORKS 1. Rules: an ordered list of IF [conditions] THEN [outcome]. The first match wins, and a default outcome is always required. 2. Conditions: answers, a calculated score (points per answer, then sum or average with a threshold), selected key questions only, hidden fields or URL parameters, with unlimited AND/OR groups. 3. Outcomes: show an ending page, redirect to a URL, tag the response, notify by email, WhatsApp or webhook, or open a follow-up case. 4. Safety: an override rule lets a critical answer force an outcome whatever the score. Outcomes are mutually exclusive. The response is always saved before routing. 5. AI (optional): turns a plain sentence into rules for approval, explains rules, and analyzes comment sentiment. Routing itself stays deterministic. 6. Testing: a simulator that shows which rules fire and where the respondent lands. USE CASES Satisfaction (high score → review page, low → apology), eligibility screening, quizzes, lead qualification, patient intake, employee feedback.
