Complete Partial Response on Behalf of User

I have a payment at the end of a registration form. There have been multiple people who have completed the payment, but not clicked the "submit" button within Tally. I can see their partial responses and then update them in my database, but it is a pain to do that (especially because it has to be manual). Ideally I would like to be able to go in and submit their form for them so that they show up with all the completed forms. There are two alternative options that would improve this problem: - Enabling auto submission of a form on successful payment. - Automation of partial responses (either API access or through integrations)

Typeform only actually processes the payment on submission, not when the user fills in the details. That is actually useful unlike this - also, 3 years? Really?

Thanks for the suggestion, Ben! We understand how helpful it would be to reopen and complete partial submissions directly — definitely noted, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Hi Kush Patel, thanks for this request! I've merged it with a similar one.

Definitely been experiencing some operational issues on this front. We have 50% complete 50% partial right now functionally and it is creating issues bc individuals are expecting responses and they have yet to complete forms. We have to devote entire workflows and teams to reach out to people that have yet to complete them because of this.

I've experienced the same thing and would second the request to allow submission of the form on successful payment. It's been a frustrating experience and I would consider this a UX bug.
