Billing System Integration for ISP

Hi Ali! Thanks so much for the suggestion — and for laying out the ISP use case so clearly. A direct, native integration with billing systems like Sonar or Gaiia isn't something we offer today, so I've noted it down and we'll keep it in mind as we decide what to build next. In the meantime, you can already connect Tally to systems like these using our free webhooks, or through an automation tool like Zapier, Make, — so form submissions (troubleshooting requests, sales enquiries, and so on) can flow straight into your billing or CRM workflows, as long as the system offers an API or is available on one of those platforms.
