Automatically include submission date and time in confirmation emails and PDFs
It would be very helpful to have the option to automatically include the exact submission date and time in respondent notification emails and/or attached submission PDFs.
Tally already records this information in the Submissions dashboard, but it cannot currently be inserted as a dynamic variable using @.
This feature would be particularly useful for forms requiring legally compliant acknowledgments of receipt, such as right of withdrawal forms, where the respondent must receive confirmation of the exact date and time of their submission.
Ideally, the timestamp could be inserted as a dynamic variable, with the option to format the date, time and time zone.
This would eliminate the need for external automation tools or manual follow-up emails.
