Automatically delete submissions after integration is successful

I love Tally from a design and UX perspective, however aren't based in the EU. I'd love a way for the responses to be immediately deleted once the integration has successfully triggered (i.e. webhook/Google Sheets).

Hi all, you can now control data retention by automatically deleting form submissions after a set period (available on our new Business plan). You can read more about it here: https://tally.so/help/submissions-data-retention

This feature is now planned on our roadmap: https://tally.so/roadmap

Filip Minev i this now possible with only the business plan? I really hate this and would like to see small business be able to delete data immediatly aswell (or after a few days) . I get you want everyone on the highest paid plans, and i love the product. But data retention to accommodate privacy laws should really be on a basic plan :-( We now have to delete entries manually and PER entry, this needs te be imprived imo.

Martijn Meijer I hear you. Handling the auto-deletion of potentially millions of submissions can be costly, which is why this feature is part of the Business plan. That said, we're working on our public API next, allowing you to delete submissions programmatically. While not a no-code solution, it will enable setting up workflows via Zapier or Make to achieve similar functionality in the future.

I know this isn’t ideal, but you can delete all submissions on a page (in batches of 50) by hovering on the left of the "Submitted At" column. I hope this helps, even if just a little!

Filip Minev Thanks for the reply, great news! We can work with that for sure. I really missed that checkbox, my mistake! Thanks and keep it up!
