Auto-send final answer via email
We have a form where we have 6 potential results (personalities) based on the previous answers. How do I send the personalized thank you page result content via email to each respondent?

Is there a way to embed an image or video associated with that personality? Or no HTML emails available at this time? Thank you!

At the moment, respondent email notifications only support text and links 🙂 So currently it is not possible to embed images, videos, or fully custom HTML email layouts inside those emails. For now, the best workaround would be include a link inside the result email
Hi Sorin, Yes, this is possible 🙂 One way to achieve it is: create a Calculated Field of type “Text” leave it empty initially then use conditional logic to assign a value depending on the quiz/personality result For example: if the result is Personality A → calculate the text field = “Your result is Personality A” if the result is Personality B → assign another text etc. Then, inside your email notification, instead of writing everything statically, you can create an email template where one part stays the same and another part is dynamic using this variable. For example: “Your result is @result_variable” This way, each respondent receives a personalized email result automatically based on their answers.
