Auto-generate calculated fields for order forms

It would be nice to have easier ways to generate the total value for forms like the Advanced Checkout Flow that have more product fields. Right now it's very time consuming to create all the calculated fields and the calculated logic has a bug where duplicating existing ones doesn't carry over the operator and then you have to select all the right fields, so it's very prone to errors.
