Apply Airtable integration mapping to forms from templates, or duplicated forms

Forms from templates is great, allowing customisation before sending to a recipient, but the created form doesn't retain any airtable integration mapping that may have been on the original form. Proposal: Save airtable mapping as a standard mapping, enable "apply existing mapping" to duplicated forms or forms created from template
