AM/PM Time Format

Yes, please incorporate more options and control. At the moment, the time selection interface allows free-form minute selection, which has led to recurring user errors in our embedded mobile forms. We frequently see respondents unintentionally selecting times such as 8:08 AM, or choosing 1–12 in the hour field, but meaning afternoon hours, resulting in incorrect submissions. This creates avoidable friction for users and additional manual follow-up on our end. We attempted a workaround using separate dropdown fields for hours, minutes, and AM/PM, but the experience is clunky—especially on mobile—and doesn’t integrate as smoothly as the native time picker. A more structured time picker option would solve this cleanly. Specifically, the ability to configure: Hour selection: 1 through 12 Minute selection: 00, 15, 30, 45 A dedicated AM/PM selector This format aligns with how most scheduling interfaces work and would significantly reduce input errors while improving the mobile embedded form experience.

I agree! Please make this an option. We have a lot of senior respondents who find the 24 hour format difficult.

This would be awesome. Majority of people that are filling out our forms use the 12hr format.
