Allow us to set our own time zone

Hi Olisipo! Good news: this isn't a bug, and the line you added to your form didn't cause it — it's expected behavior related to timezones. Your Tally dashboard always shows submission times in your own local timezone, but exports (CSV and Google Sheets) always show them in UTC. Since your local time is one hour ahead of UTC, the exported time looks one hour earlier — but it's actually the same moment, just shown in a different timezone.
