Allow plain text export of a form submission

Allow simplified plain text export of a form submission to copy-paste elsewhere.Example - starts with metadata (Date, submission ID etc), then lists "Question: Answer" one per line.Should be a great way to copy-paste on AI chat, a medical registry, or elsewhere. Just a simple and multi-use way to export a single form submission.
