Allow partial ranking submissions

I would like to add a rankings question to the form that doesn't require all available options to be ranked in order to be a valid response. This functionality has been available in other form builders I've used in the past. This could require the options to be randomized by default to reduce the possibility for bias in the final results.

That would be great indeed. I think it's easy actually: They just have to add a MIN and MAX choices in the RANKING settings (like they do for MULTIPLE CHOICES)
