AI-powered document upload to automatically populate form fields.

It would be extremely useful if respondents could upload a PDF, image, or other document and have Tally’s AI extract the relevant information and automatically populate matching fields within the form. For example, in a property onboarding form, a customer could upload: appliance manuals property information sheets Wi-Fi instructions inventories existing welcome books photographs or screenshots containing useful information Tally could then analyse the uploaded files, identify relevant details, and prefill fields such as Wi-Fi name and password, appliance models, check-in instructions, parking information, property amenities, emergency contacts, and other structured data. Ideally, the respondent would then be shown the extracted answers for review before submitting, with low-confidence answers clearly highlighted. A useful workflow could be: Respondent uploads one or more files. Tally analyses the content. Relevant form fields are automatically populated. The respondent reviews and edits the extracted information. The final structured submission is sent to integrations such as Attio. This would significantly reduce form completion time, improve completion rates, and make complex onboarding forms much easier for customers. It would also make Tally far more suitable for document-heavy workflows such as property onboarding, insurance, legal intake, recruitment, hospitality, and supplier registration. request: AI-powered document upload to automatically populate form fields It would be extremely useful if respondents could upload a PDF, image, or other document and have Tally’s AI extract the relevant information and automatically populate matching fields within the form.
