In the form settings, we can close the form to stop receiving responses, which works as expected. However, when the form is closed in the admin panel, the popup embedded on our website still appears, but the content is empty or inaccessible. This creates a confusing user experience because visitors see a popup that no longer contains an active form.
Since the popup is triggered by the embed code on the website, it seems that closing the form only prevents submissions but does not prevent the popup from loading.
It would be very helpful to have one of the following options:
Automatically disable the popup when the form is closed, or
A setting allowing the form owner to fully deactivate the popup embed when the form is closed, or
A way to return a signal to the embed script so that the popup does not appear if the form is closed.
This would make it much easier to manage temporary surveys or campaigns without needing to modify the website code each time a form is closed.
