Add the Ability to Integrate Custom HTML/JS Blocks in Forms

I've been using tally.so for a while now and appreciate its user-friendly design and capabilities. One feature I find missing, however, is the ability to integrate custom HTML/JS blocks directly into the forms. This addition could be incredibly beneficial for several reasons: Benefits: Enhanced Customization: This feature would allow users to customize their forms beyond the limitations of the existing templates and features. Increased Functionality: Advanced users could make their forms more interactive and dynamic by adding specific functionalities via custom scripts Custom Embed: We could embed anything that we want. Competitive Advantage: This feature would set tally.so apart from other form builders that may not offer this level of customization. Technical Considerations: Security: Ensuring that the HTML/JS embed is secure would be a top priority, to maintain the integrity of the forms and the platform. Maybe allowing this just for custom domains on separate env. I believe that adding this feature would greatly enrich the user experience and broaden the platform's capabilities. I hope you'll consider this for a future update.

Agree, I would like this so that I can have more control over my Flourish chart embeds.

Thanks for the detailed suggestion, Victoria — we really appreciate it! 🙏 We currently don’t support custom JavaScript within forms like Formstack does, but we totally see how this level of flexibility could unlock powerful use cases. Definitely noted for future enhancements!

I could not agree more with you! Some javascript between blocks would save so much space, work and repetition, now ocuppied by the logical operators (I mean they are great, but this feature would turn Tally even greater). It would also open doors to a whole new world of possibilities, setting Tally apart from any other form app. Im counting the days for it to be implemented, even if its paid.
